I acknowledge that I understand that:

•  Membership in the Rio Verde Foothills Alliance’s Foothills Families is limited to Alliance members with children and grandchildren.

• Information, provided by me, may be included in the Rio Verde Foothills Alliance’s Foothills Families database. This information will be kept confidential and only information that I choose to share will be made available to other members.

• Information in the database shall only be made available to other members of the Alliance’s Foothills Families program, and only information that I select to be shared.

• The Alliance offers this program as a courtesy for parents of young children in this rural area. The Alliance does not screen participants in this program, except by limiting participation in the program to Alliance members. I have the responsibility to evaluate any/all participants with whom I choose to interact or allow my children to interact, prior to such interaction, as the Alliance makes no warrantees with respect to the information submitted to this program by its members.

• The names of potential babysitters provided by this program are provided only as a courtesy. Neither the experience of nor references for these potential babysitters have been evaluated by the Alliance and should, therefore, be substantiated by each individual parent to his/her satisfaction.
